Regalia (and sub-regalia?)

So, how would one come to possess the Regalia of their road if they're the only A-ranked team?

Also, are we going to bring in sub-regalia, or is it just better to keep that topic off-limits? Just wanted to see what others thought, but IMO, I think the custom mod's are damn close to sub-regalia.

Eventually, if a team gets to A rank and there is a free Regalia, that team will get an unclaimed Regalia, either by popular vote or, more likely,the team's leader's choice. We might even just give away Regalia if it seems like no one is near A rank.

As far as Sub-Regalia goes, I'm classifying it as a "no" for now. Maybe in the future we could work that in if the site gets crowded enough. For now though, there's no need.
