Appearance: Kimen is a tall, lean Japanese man with a decently tan complexion. His face has some pretty distinct features, such as razor sharp teeth though one rarely ever sees this since his face is covered by a gas mask with darkened lenses. His hair is short and black, with a hint of navy blue at the tips, that is styled to look messy and unkempt, though most of it is covered by a "Santa Claus" type hat that's dark green instead of red. He typically wears a black leather jacket that has white fuzzy sleeve openings and collar (similar to the fuzz on the hat) and is always open. Under the jacket is a gray shirt with the "Trail Blazers" logo on it, covered up by a large duct tape "X". On his hands he wears a pair of black, fingerless gloves and on his left hand he wears a skull ring on his index and ring finger and a crown with cross bones ring on his middle finger. His slender fitting dark green pants match the sleeves of his jacket, ending with a fuzzed edge. His ATs are also a dark green with black wheels.

History: Little is known about Kimen's past. His childhood is a complete mystery to anyone who even knows him and just about all the information on him starts up right around the time he first came into the spotlight. Kimen used to be a part of a band called the Trail Blazers, an underground band that is now very popular in the Storm Rider scene. Naturally every member of the band was into ATs so they all already had a connection with Storm Riders, though Kimen was the biggest enthusiast in the band. He used to be the band's lead guitarist before he was kicked out for another guitarist before the band made it big because they felt that Kimen "didn't fit their style and was really just holding them back". Originally he rode on the Rumble road because of his affection for music and sound but after the event he became a bitter and violent person, turning to the Horn road. He quickly grew to hate the rest of the band and their new found success, vowing to make them regret kicking him out and expose what talentless hacks they really were, and at the same time build his own fame by eventually becoming Horn King.

Personality: Kimen prefers to keep to himself, but is by no means silent. Most often he is mumbling to himself or humming. He is fiercely independent and rarely does what anyone tells him to, and if he ever does its with great protest and annoyance. If he ever does speak clearly its usually as some defiant comment or rude remark. He is, however, prone to going into fits of rage where the slightest thing can set him off and make him almost blood thirsty.

Custom AT Modification: Kimen's ATs' internal components are completely normal aside from a high-torque motor that propels his body with greater force than most people's ATs. Other than than the only unique thing about his ATs is the 4-inch knife blade attached to the front and back of his ATs that can either leave shallow slashes or deeper punctures.

Signature Tricks:
Bass Line - Kimen delivers a round house kick aimed at the opponent's upper body or even head. Can inflect deep wounds if a direct hit connects but also leaves Kimen off balance due to using only one leg to support himself, especially if used while moving.
Crescendo - Kimen jumps into the air with increased force from his torqued out motor and does several front flips while falling back down, increasing his momentum as he delivers a kick with his heel, or in this case with the rear blade on his AT, that delivers a deep wound on impact.
Rhythm Flux - Digs his blades into the ground to stop suddenly without applying the brake and then turns and forces the blade out, changing direction suddenly without losing speed.

Goal: To ruin the lives of the members of Trail Blazers and build his reputation and fame.

Sexy. Better call up Kyoshu to get this beast approved.
